Noor Dawood, School Coordinator
Noor has been honored to support adult learners at Anderson Valley Adult School since 2012. Over the years, she has taught various English and High School Equivalency courses as a credentialed instructor for the Adult School and Mendocino College, and has served as Coordinator for the school since 2016. In addition to working for the Adult School, Noor facilitates an after-school leadership program for junior high and high school students.
Noor received her bachelor’s degree in Child Development from Stanford University and later a master's in Public Policy from UC Berkeley, after working for a non-profit law office to improve prison conditions in California.
